1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale orders placed with NS Interiors (“the Company”).
1.2 By registering for an account and placing an order, the retailer (“the Client”) agrees to these terms.

2. Orders & Back Orders

2.1 Orders may be placed via the website by registered wholesale clients only.
2.2 Minimum order quantities may apply and will be specified on the product page.
2.3 Back orders are accepted and will be fulfilled as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated lead times will be communicated.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Prices are available to approved wholesale clients only.
3.2 All prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of goods.
3.4 No credit terms are offered. All orders must be paid before the release of goods, whether for delivery or collection.
3.5 Orders for collection will automatically receive a 5% discount.

4. Delivery & Collection

4.1 Delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout or on invoice.
4.2 The Company is not liable for delays caused by couriers, shipping companies, or customs.
4.3 Collection is available from our warehouse at the agreed time and date.

5. Returns & Damages

5.1 Any damages or shortages must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery/collection.
5.2 Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods and must be authorized by NS Interiors.
5.3 The Client is responsible for returning goods in their original packaging.

6. Product Information

6.1 All product dimensions and images are provided in good faith and may be subject to slight variation.
6.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use or resale.

7. Marketing Support

7.1 NS Interiors provides approved retailers with access to downloadable marketing materials, posters, videos, and QR codes.
7.2 These materials may only be used for the promotion of NS Interiors products and must not be altered without permission.

8. Liability

8.1 NS Interiors shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill.
8.2 Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
