Shipping and Delivery
North Shore Interiors – Collections & Deliveries
At North Shore Interiors, we aim to make the delivery and collection process as smooth as possible for our retail partners.
1. Collections
- Goods may be collected directly from our warehouse by arrangement.
- Please book collections at least 24 hours in advance with our team to ensure your order is ready.
- A delivery docket will be provided at collection, and goods should be checked before loading.
- Retailers are responsible for safe transportation once goods leave our premises.
- Standard collection hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, however, we can accommodate alternative collection times by prior arrangement.
- Collected orders receive a 5% discount.
2. Deliveries
- Standard delivery lead time: 3–5 working days.
- All deliveries include a delivery docket.
- Goods must be inspected on arrival and signed for by the receiver.
- If any product is found to be damaged out of the box, it will be replaced hassle-free.
- All deliveries will take place during the retailer’s normal business hours.
- If a business is unable to accept a scheduled delivery through no fault of North Shore Interiors, a €50 re-delivery charge will be applied to the next delivery.
3. Important Notes
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on stock availability and location.
- Stock is always available or on the water in transit, ensuring consistent supply for retailers.
- Please notify our team in advance if special delivery arrangements are required (e.g. restricted access, specific times).
