1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly with our sales team via email at sales@nsinteriors.ie, or by contacting your assigned account manager. For easy access, you can also place orders through our wholesale website if you are a registered retail partner.

2. What is the lead time for delivery?

Our standard delivery lead time is typically 3–5 working days, depending on product availability and your location. For large orders or custom designs, please contact us directly for a more specific timeframe.

3. Do you offer any warranties on your products?

Yes, all our products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If any items are found damaged upon arrival or show defects, we will replace them quickly and hassle-free. Please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and photos of the damage.

4. Can I collect my order directly from the warehouse?

Yes, you can arrange for collection from our warehouse. Please book your collection at least 24 hours in advance to ensure your order is ready. Collected orders also receive a 5% discount.

5. What are the payment terms for wholesale orders?

All wholesale orders must be paid in full before goods are dispatched, whether for delivery or collection. We do not offer credit terms at this time. Payment must be made prior to dispatch to secure your order.

6. How can I become a retail partner?

To become a retail partner, please sign up via our retailer registration form on the website. Once approved, you will have access to wholesale pricing, product catalogs, and dedicated support. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our team!
